paratha = nummy. I used to have a friend that made a spread of minced lamb and cucumber sauce and spread it on paratha. Awesomeness....

Drinking a yoplait light smoothie right now. Protein and fiber day.


As for the F1 Pancakes I love them, because they are extremely filling to me. I try to keep nice and hearty for Tuesdays and Thursday and they really help.

my dinner was the last thing....



appetizer - 1 mango

main - 1 chicken patty. 1 roti (chapati). teaspoon of light mayo, ketchup and yoghurt. 2 onion pakora's

dessert - 1 scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream
