Coffee, Egg beaters, extra lean turkey bacon and Fiber One Pancakes (added a small amount of nutmeg to the mix and it was AWESOME!).
Today is school for me so i try to eat a hearty breakfast and lunch since dinner is a nutritional shake, and since I am all out of protein powder I am winging it right now and drinking premade stuff which has fewer calories then what I would make has but it worked well on tuesday and was surprised how well the premade shake kept me full as long as I had a good breakfast and lunch.

its a crispy layer flatleved type bread made with a little bit of cooking oil on a flat surface frying pan. best eaten when its warm not my picture.
