Feeling so much better my friend come through for me! They are God sent! Strangely with all this stress I am not as hungry.

I totally agree. I cannot believe how much vegetables fill me up!!! I love broccoli and eat it raw or I can take a few moments to steam it and fill up on that. It makes me feel full for hours. Keep fresh vegetables on hand so you can grab some when you're hungry. Bingeing on veggies is good!

A moderate portion of leftover shrimp stir-fry that I made for dinner last night. It was shrimp sauteed in a little olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, Rooster sauce, sliced broccoli & carrots, all served over a bed of whole-grain cappellini noodles. Then I had a Yoplait Light yogurt (orange & mango) for dessert. Unsweetened iced green tea to drink.

Weight Control Oatmeal - Maple and Brown Sugar flavor... could have made it for less points had I made it by hand instead of the packaged stuff... probably would have tasted better too.

Does anyone know of a low point (on WW) oatmeal out there?
