How about putting the scales on a chopping board or some other hard surface first?

I lost 15lb in 3 months last year and really enjoyed the process (although you're pretty tiny to start with, so the point is to just keep moving in the right direction and more slowly is probably more sustainably anyway, so don't worry if it's slow - just keep measuring where you're at so you can see the progress.
125.0?? Idk but it seems like I'm GAINING (although I thought I was doing well) & I got kinda discouraged & ate tons of chocolate and garlic bread. WTF.
I was at 121 yesterday, but had some salty food so I'm up a pound or two today. It's my TOM so I don't know if I'll go down a bit later in the week. I've been stuck in the low 120s for at least a month. I really want to break into the teens!
Ange82much - what did you do to go from 126 to 118? I am finding it hard to lose just 5lbs - even with calorie counting/eating very healthy and exercise.
Hi everybody! I'm at 130.1, so I suppose that writing here amounts to wishful thinking: I want to be part of those who hate their 120's! haha! Been dieting and trying to fight my sedentarism since new year. Let's see how long it takes me to get to 114...

I've been in the low 120s for 3-4 months now. I can't wait to break into the 110s.
Weighed in at a new low today - 120.4!
Almost out of the 120s. I hoping to be in the teens this weekend or next week.
Kind of frustrating - I have only lost 0.4 pounds in the last week and half...
