127.9 lb was last sighting on the scales for me, but now i'm away on a work trip for the week and it's going to be pretty impossible to be as good with food as i'd want to be, but i'll do my best!

coffe i reckon i eat to procrastinate too! I'd never thought of it til you said it though. Oh, and the main reason i eat is because i just love the taste of all food!! Sigh.

Weighed in at 126 lbs this morning so I am officially moving over to the 120s thread.

Quite excited because I have a feeling I haven't weighed 9st or less since early teens AND I'm pretty much reached half way in my ticker (especially as I'm not sure I want to go all the way down to 110).

Congratulations.

This is my lowest weight since I was 19. Its a great feeling knowing it's possible to get back to my pre-baby weight. I've had lots of people tell me it's impossible since I have two kids. I want to look hot and sexy for my 29th birthday.

Hopping in this thread, last weigh-in at 125 or so. The scale doesn't want to go down for now, although I can feel I've been slimming down a little. Probably something to do with the sudden intensive exercise.

i scammed a 126.8lb on the scales this morning, which is very generous of them. Doubt they'll be in such a good mood again for a while.

I got a 120.8lb Saturday morning so pretty happy, but this coming week I've got a few indulgent days slotted in so I'm guessing it'll take another 2 weeks until I'm going to see another loss!

I'm 122.6 today

I had a birthday dinner (my sister's) about an hour ago. The food was delicious but I couldn't even finish 25% of it. Now I'm sitting at home waiting for my friend to come pick me up for a bachelorette party. I know alcohol is involved but I WILL NOT have any. I don't like how I feel the day after I have alcohol and besides we have church at 7am on Sunday.

Scales have been 127 for me for a few days which i'm really happy with, as i've lost 9lb in about 6 weeks which is lots for me!

Just thought i'd have a little whinge though because i had a 'feeling hungry' day yesterday (although i stayed on plan), and today i seem to be hungry again. Funnily enough, up until this point i've not felt hungry at all - or if i have, i've felt it in a good way and not wanted to eat more than i should.

Tried a few clothes on this morning and i reckon i'm about 3lb off fitting into everything nicely. I can fit in to everything now, but not in a roomy/comfortable sort of way. It will be nice to have all my wardrobe back after a couple of years without!!

I"m determined to stick to this diet til Christmas whatever happens to my weight, and then hopefully i'll be at a level where i can just maintain. It's nice to have a time-line rather than a weight figure to aim for at the moment, which i know is a bit of a strange way to do it.

Hi all,

I'd love to join in on this thread. I weighed in at 125 this morning, a total weight loss of 40 pounds so far! I've set a goal of 115, so only 10 more to go!

Congratulations! Keep pushing..you're so close to goal.

It's TOM for me. I really don't like what it brings. Water retention which leads to temporary weight gain and just a lot of other things that are not pleasant at all. I freaked out when I saw 130.2 on the scale earlier today. I am glad it was an error in the scale reading. I'm up only 2 lb. Hopefully I'll be back down to 122.6 or possibly lower when Aunt Flow decides her stay is no longer welcome.

Aunt Flow left yesterday for me and when I hopped onto the scales this morning I got 119.9lbs! Almost couldn't believe the numbers. JUST under 120 so I think I'll stick around here until I'm in the 110s for sure.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Weighed in at 123.4 this morning! From this point on, every time I lose it will be the lowest I've weighed since 5th grade (125). Words cannot describe how amazing that feels :-)

Hope everyone else is doing well!

Aunt Flow stays with me for at least a week because it only comes every 6-8 weeks for me. Her stay is no longer welcome. I'm ready for her to go away. Congrats on reaching the next decade. I'm so excited for you. Sad to see you leave this thread but I'm happy that you're successful on your weight loss.

You're making great progress. Do you mind me asking what you're doing food-wise and exercise-wise? I want to lose as quickly but it's not happening.*

Thanks! I'm on the Ideal Protein diet, using alternate products (EAS shakes and Lindora bars). The IP stuff wasn't that appealing to me and it was expensive. I'm on day 26 and I've lost 12.2 pounds. I do yoga three times a week and either 30 minutes on the elliptical or a two mile walk with my dog three times a week. Lots of strenuous exercise is discouraged on the diet, as is any type of strength training.

I wish you the best of luck, you can do it!

Ladyrayado that is a lot of weight that you lost in just a short amount of time. Keep it up. I thought about the ideal protein diet after reading about so many successes but I can't really afford to pay for anything right now. I went from a good paying job as a nurse to a stay at home mom. I'll just have to do with what I'm currently doing. It'll take longer for me to get to goal but it really doesn't matter as long as I get there.
