No problem! There are four phases, the first one being the attack phase. You can eat unlimited lean meat, eggs, fat free dairy and a tablespoon of oatbran a day. You do that for up to 10 days I think, depending on how much you have to lose, but I only lasted 3 days! You can then add in vegetables ever 2nd day for the second phase, until you reach your goal weight. After that you can add in one piece of fruit and various other things for a certain time. And finally go back to "normal eating" with one pure protein day a week. I havent followed it strictly...I was away working on a cruise ship for 2 weeks etc so my eating went a bit off then, but I only gained a pound or 2! And I recently did another few days of the attack phase to boost my weight loss last week and dropped 2.5 pounds.
I have NEVER been able to follow a diet before, but this has been so effective for me which made me stick to it! I honestly cant recommend it enough (and no, Im not hired by Mr Dukan to say that!).

Im so pooped. I had ONE night off plan on Monday and my weight is back up to 123 today. I dont think my body wants me to leave the 120s!

I know! I can't believe it. I thought I would be stuck in the 120s for the rest of my life.

One night off plan will not do that much damage. Just get back on plan and you will see a loss soon.

Im still holding steady at 123 today. I think Im going to concentrate on maintaining this weight over the festive period then knuckle down after new year to lose my last few pounds! I'll be really happy as long as I don't gain. Im going to set 125lbs as my limit, Im not getting above that just because its Christmas!

122 today!! But my stomach has been upset for 3 days now, could be due to dehydration. But so encouraging to finally see a positive change on the scale

Haven't seen anyone post here in a bit I tried my best to maintain during the Holidays and then had my first loss again, last weeks weigh-in was 120.6 I only weigh on Fridays, so hoping to be out of the 120's (or close)by tomorrow!

I'm so close to 120 right now that I just thought I'd post in here since I don't see a "Out of the 110's" forum...

I've been binge eating big time since Christmas and generally letting myself eat whatever I want. I'm really sick of my **** and want to get back on track TODAY. Right now! I need some support and accountability. Thanks, everyone! Let's do this together.

I hope you all don't mind me joining you all! I've been trying to lose weight on my own and this community seems like a great motivator! After getting off track due to the holidays, I weighed in today at 123.6. I'm soooo ready to get out of the 120's!
