I can't seem to get OUT of the 120's, I've been fluctuating between 123-125 for the past two months now any suggestions as to how to kickstart my weightloss again? Jogging 3 times a week simply seems to help maintain my current weight. Surely waterweight wouldn't cling on for so long?

Hi Jellybean! Im also struggling to get below 125 just now. I was briefly down to 124 before I went away on a 2 week cruise, and luckily only gained a couple of pounds whilst away. But now Im stuck at 125.8. Going to push really hard for 123 before Christmas! Starting with a super long walk today I think!

Hi Cat! Im sorry about the gain, hopefully you'll lose it just in time for christmas How do you deal with the annoying fluctuations in your weight? I feel like pulling my hair out when I've been eating healthy and all I see is another pound gained on my scale!

I don't have any suggestions because I've been struggling to get out of the 120s myself. I managed to get down to 117 about a year ago then I gained a few pounds going on vacation. Now my body is just hanging on to every pound and not letting go. I weighed 120.6 this morning. Of course the scale will go up once I get my breast implants in January. I am going to try and not care what the scales says any more. I think measurements would be the best thing to go by.

JellyBeanmarshmellow you may want to try to calorie zig zag a bit to jump start your metabolism. That is what I have always done to keep up a steady loss.
Down to 123.4 today! I can finally see goal in sight

I did see a 123.6 last week but today I weighed in at 127. I'm doing a 40 hour fast so should be lighter tomorrow.

I was stuck at 124.6 for a while, but after a few tough days of hard graft, I saw 122.2 today! Hoping for 120 by Christmas!

I weighed 119.8 today when I woke up. I'm so excited but I don't know if it'll stick or not.

You're welcome! Keep pushing. Looks like you'll make it out the 120s before me. LOL But that's okay as long as someone is reaching their goal.

I'm back up to 120.6 I don't think it's meant to be for me to get out of the 120s.

LOL. I really don't like the holidays but I think I'm more determined this year. I want to get to goal or at least be able to see a six-pack by the end of this month.

Although I'm not losing on the scale, I can visibly tell that my body has slimmed down a bit. I'm chalking it up to lifting weights and eating more protein, and cutting out most of my carb intake. I had to cut out muesli, bread and my late night snack- all bran cereal. It was making me retain water like crazy. Anyone else had success going low-carb? What did you eat to incorporate more protein in your diet?

I have been doing the Dukan diet since September and it has worked wonders! I used to live on carbs, I was a bread monster! I now eat meat and veg, and very little sugar. It's been tough but totally worth it!
