I'm barely out of the 130's - on a good day, I'm 128-129, after coming down from 137lbs earlier this year. I REALLY need to get back in the game, but will probably just try to maintain throughout the holiday season with all those giant meals coming around!.
Winter and cold and darkness is killing my motivation to work out - my goal is to do 3-4 days of power yoga each week (for the last 2 months I've been totally slacking and only going once or twice). I get some cardio from walking my dog - I promise to step it up Jan 1st! Cold, cold, go away!!!
