Finally 122.6 today... just need to break that 120 barrier and it will become noticeable!

121.8 yesterday, today 123.8. I think it was all the junk I had at the football game and the tailgating.

120.6 for me, and pretty happy with that.

But i'm interstate at sales meetings tues-fri next week, and interstate again at customer place all the week after (sunday to saturday), so it's going to be tough not to put too much weight back on for me during the rest of this month as it's going to be socialising every night, and staying in hotels, and not having much control over what i eat.

All that is not so bad in itself - it's just that it's a break from my 'dieting' routine which means that i have to be extra diligent to get back into good habits when i get home. I guess that's life though, so it's good practice going forward.....

121.8 again today. So close to the 110's I can already taste it. I just don't know when I'll get there. I've only lose 7 lb over 12 weeks and only one the last 4 weeks. I need to stop going to the candy jar after every meal. I never really liked candy much but I've been eating it a lot since Halloween.

After a major weekend of tailgating I'm up from 122.6 to 125... how much of that could be real?

Checking in after being MIA for so long. Had a massive plateau that lasted more than two months (at 126) and then wooshed around 3 weeks ago and the weight has regularly been coming off ever since.

I Weighed myself yesterday and I was 120 and then TOM started. So looking forward to getting into the 110s!

Ange how is everything? Congrats on getting to the 110's. I'm still waiting to get there. Hopefully I can join you in the 110's decade in about 7-10 days.

Isabella you're almost there. Keep fighting!

Belmagick I, too, had a plateau that lasted about 6-7 weeks. It was frustrating. I even thought about maintenance for a while but decided that if I did I would be too comfortable and not get to my goal weight. I was stuck at 122-124 and finally it came off. I'm now at 120.4 or 120.8 (don't remember what I saw). I was too happy to see 120 that I didn't pay any attention to the last number on the scale. Congrats on breaking the plateau.

It's been 9 years since I've been in the 110's. Pregnancy sure does change things.

I saw 119.8 today. Wow! I haven't seen the 110's since I was 19. I am hoping I don't regain it. I know fluctuations happen but I'm going to celebrate today.

The weight is finally coming off after a 6 week plateau.

Moving down here from the 130's board; I've been at 129 for several days and just moved down to 128. I only have 13 pounds to go now and I am in Atkins pre-maintenance, so I am sure I will be here a loooong while. Here, and over in the "last 10 pounders support" board.
