After a few days completely off plan, I was up a bit, but I've been back on plan for two full days and I'm back down to 124 this morning. Hopefully with a full week on plan I can break out of the 123-125 range. It's so frustrating just not seeing the scale move in the direction I want it to.
Freaking wobble. Wednesday morning of last week, I was 119, but then there was a road trip, and very large bowls of noodles. Well, as of today, my weight is back down to 120 exactly.
130.3 yesterday, 128.5 today after doing Bikram yoga. Weight is probably somewhere in the middle as the 128 number is likely water weight drop. Hoping to see that stick though after TOM is over.
Plateau officially broken 122 yesterday and maybe slightly lower this morning. I have no idea why weight is dropping off now when it hasn't for the past month. I should be heading for TOM in the next few days, when I'll likely be back to days of no weight loss. My body does not like to lose weight in a linear way.
Lulubellec I hope you're feeling better soon. Stress and anxiety are not fun ways to lose weight.

I stepped on the scale and was rewarded this morning with 119. Not only does that move me out of the 120's, but it means I've lost 225 pounds and hit my goal.
