Well, it is nothing official..just to get that out of the way.

And it consists of, at the moment, myself and Echo. We just go around the boards encouraging and supporting as many people as we can :D

Thank you so much. My friend is surveying the damage. He thinks the smell is better, but it looks pretty bad in the kitchen anyways. the rest of the house is fine

..I'm under a fan right now, so I'm fairly comfortable.

I went ahead and did my walk, I have a blister on my little toe, and my calves were cramping, and my shins were hurting a little but I got through!!! And another plus the scale read 173 today. I am so gosh darned excited.

I took the dogs on their walks, 1.4 miles total. And then a 4.5 mile bike ride. Nothing spectacular, but I didnt want to do anything at all to begin with :) I spent the day watching chick flicks ;)

Morning girls :)

Still chugging here. I took my break on Saturday instead of my usual Sunday. I had several errands to run Saturday and working out despite good intentions did not happen. Although, I did do my ab ripper X that morning, so, all wasn't wasted ;). Sunday, after almost not wanting to workout I did do my cardio. And I'm glad I did.

Today - Weight training and walk at work (lunch time).

Keep up the good work girls! I know it is very hard to keep at it sometimes and some days exercise is the last thing you want to do. But, it is those times when you don't want to workout but still do it that it counts the most. As despite the struggle, mental or physical, you really pushed yourself to do it!!

Today is my official weigh-in day and I am down 2 lbs from last week, so I am very happy :carrot:

August 24: 35 mins on my Stairmaster + 10 mins of floorwork.
I might do a stretch workout tonight if I have the time.
