I actually got up early enuff this morning to try and get to the GYM before Mr. I bathe in perfume shows up! hehe This man drives me crazy! I can't breath when he is there and he ALWAYS gets on the machine next to me and then when he's done he stands right in front of the fan! grrrrr Anyway, if I go @9:30 I can beat him! :D jendiet, congratz on get your certifications and what not! WTG!!!:bravo: Igetfit, you Rock girly!:high: I wish I lived there to volunteer and help out! As a former homeless person (yrs ago) I LOVE when peeps truly care and give their time to give those woman (people) a glimmer of hope, because when one is homeless, "hope" is all you have. I also completed and tracked 1 cardio exercise and 13 strength exercises at SparkPeople.com: 60 minutes Treadmill - 10% incline 20 min/mile. Actually this was a Walk/Jog (HIIT) type thing but they don't have that option to track lol! Hi all another busy day I have to go to town to get an MRI tomarro 2 1/2 hours away so have to have all done here and dog ready to take to day care. It an all day trip when you live in the country.I will get up and ONLY get to do a 1 hour workout and a real short walk with the dog and need to be up at 3:30 am to do that! Weight training and walk @ work completed. I also took some before pics of my abs. Let me tell ya, NOT pretty. I have back fat rolls and as for abs, well, don't get me started. I want to see at least some transformation in couple months of ab ripperX.
Deva, I can't do any of the exercises with hands in the air :D not yet, at least. I do all the reps but for some I have to pause and then continue to finish the reps. I hate the last one (twist)...he does 50 on those. How long did it take you notice changes in your abs? I know everyone is different but I'm just curious. THX. Great job everyone!! I can see everyone is dedicated and doing a wonderful job exercising. Keeps everyone going and motivated. Thanks :) |

i dont mind the last one actually. but thats only cause i only do as many as i can, usually take quite a few breaks and altogether do on average 20 ! lol. i made a workout sheet for abs, so i can note down how many reps i do for each exercise. some of them are really tough ! the ones i dont like are the leg raises !! i dont like the pulse one either. i cant straighten my leg. so tough. and i dont like the oblique one either! lol and the reverse bicycle kills lol good on ya on working out! :cheer: :cheer: |

well, ladies...I did a pretty good routine the day before yesterday. I didn't get much cardio in, well, I did alot of organizing and moving furniture. I don't know how I did it. But I was cleaning out the book shelf and cabinet (so many, many books) I have to simplify my house so I can focus more on my studies. Anyways, I worked myself delirious. By the time I got to bed. I didn't know which way was up.
Then today, I got plenty of cardio. I was late to my class because I couldn't find parking. I parked FAR FAR AWAY, then sped walk to my class carrying my heavy books, then found out my class on my schedule didn't exist, so I had to find my class, so running around campus sweating gave me a decent workout. Turned out it was my lab, and I wasn't wearing scrubs or my name tag :(. But my teachers were very understanding. |
