I ended up with a 30 min walk yesterday...I tried jogging but the bouncing was MURDER. The nice, moderate-pace walk was good, though, and better than nothing!

45 minutes weight lifting (Arms & Back), Ab, leg, & Back work on Ball & Mat. Threw in some Jumping jacks & Marching in place. :)

I did 45 minutes of jumping rope followed by stretching.

20 mins jogging with the dog, then finished up at home, mixing it in with the weight lifting, for a grand total of 50 mins. Tried a whey protein shake today. Um, is there a "barf" smiley? ;)
