30 min alternated jump rope with lunges, situps, pushups, up downs, a good quick routine that should burn some FAT.

Wow, you guys- I'm almost embarrassed to post that I did my Jane Fonda Step Aerobics this morning... I didn't finish, though, was out of breath quite early on- but I did do it :-)

Diva, so glad you're back at your running!

Pretty, don't worry about it, just do what you can do! When I first tried the TaeBo tapes, I could not do the whole thing, either. What I did was the warmup, about 5 mins of the "workout" part, then FF to the cool down and did that. Each week, I'd add in a little more of the workout, and it didn't take long before I could do the whole tape. I'm sure you could do something similar with your workout tape! Welcome to the forums!

45 mins jogging for me, with push-ups, crunches, and other various torture mixed in.

I worked out on my Crystal Edge Workout Ball at lunch today for about 30 minutes!!

My legs are still very sore from 2 nights ago when I bought the thing. So I'm only doing certain exercises.

mandalinn82 03-12-2008 03:43 PM

PrettyPretty - don't you DARE be embarrassed! Each and every one of us had to start somewhere (I started with 15 minutes at a time on a mini-trampoline...because that is all I could do!) You're awesome for getting going on fitness.

20 min yoga
60 min elliptical

Don't you be embarrassed. When I started doing my walking aerobic videos I could do about 1/2 a mile before I was out of breath. Now I can do 3 mile ones. Manndalinn is right. We all started somewhere. Each day you will find it a bit easier and a bit easier until you can move on to more and more.

Elisa
It takes time to get use to new exercises. We don't want any exercise to get easy but when we start new ones they take a bit of time to get use to. Go slow, stay with it and I am sure you will see results.

I have seen those tapes. Oh my gosh they look hard. I have a feeling I will need an ambulance in attendance to even try them lol. Are they as hard as they look?
