Is it me or is the eliptical one scary piece of equiptment? I have stayed the **** off of it. I have been treadmilling though! Walked a mile today followed by 10 minutes on the regular bike and 10 reps each of legs curls and arms something or others. Not much, but certainly the most excersize I have ever done.

Yoga -20 min Have to stay off the TM and LBWL till my knees are better. Bummer |

Well, I just got back.
10 min Treadmill 5 minutes on the bike 10 reps on every machine they had in the gym and yes, even 5 min. on the eliptical. Man, you guys never cease to amaze me with just how much excersize you do! I think a 5 mile walk would kill me :( |

Weights today, FBWO. Experimenting with a new plan of waiting a few hours before I do the jogging.

I love the elliptical so much I bought one! I hated it at first...low resistance is key to start. But it is great exercise, and so crucial for me given my knee issues.
