hamstring curl - 3 sets, 15 reps, 75 lbs (or 60 lbs)
hamstring curl, lying - 3 sets, 15 reps, 30 lbs
hip adductor - 3 sets, 15 reps, 80 lbs
hip abductor - 3 sets, 15 reps, 80 lbs
calf raises - 3 sets, 15 reps, 30 lbs
glutes - 3 sets, 15 reps, 62.5 lbs
back extension - 3 sets, 15 reps
ab crunches - 5 sets, 20 reps
