47 minutes ss cardio power walking with my new proper running shoes instead of those wretched cross trainers. Finally!!!:carrot:
Thought it best to do this instead of HIIT to check out my knees.
So far so good!:)

Sat- Walked a lot looking at houses. Climbed up and down steps alot. I guess we did this for an hour or so. It was enuff to hurt the hip. :(

Sun- Housewife stuff, laundry...hip still huts...sigh...
