Hello, can I join in? I started going to the gym regularly last week monday, I went MON-WED-FRI-SAT for 40 minutes each time
I made it MON-WED this week so far with
15 min on the treadmill
15 on the bike
20 on weights

Haven't been posting, but here's what I've done so far this month.

Mar 1
Mar 2 Treadmill 30 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes, Eliptical 10 minutes
Mar 3 Aquacize class 60 minutes, Cardio Intervals class 57 minutes
Mar 4
Mar 5 Cardio Intervals class 54 minutes, Aquacize class 40 minutes
