Ok, thank you for letting me join you! I did 20 mins of cardio work and 15 minutes of Jumping rope. Would've been longer, but I ran out of time today. On the upside, I actually did exactly 1200 calories today (on the nose!) lol

Ok, today I did 35 minutes of jogging and 10 minutes of walking. So 45 minutes altogether. Tomorrow I need to do 45 cardio and weight training. woot!

I didn't start my workouts until 3 pm so I didn't get as many done today as I wanted to do. Better luck next week on my one mile at a time marathon I guess. |
