3 MILES! The weather is headin' back down hill... hopefully I'll be able to get in the last 3.5 miles! I'm thinking I'm going to set a higher goal for February... this is great motivations for me!
OMG I finally am going to be OVER goal for the month - woo hoo!
Before training, I warmed up with 2 miles (one of them running at a 10 min pace) and then tonight I watched TBL and felt guilty about a poor dinner choice so I walked/ran/did hills for 3 miles. So that is a total of 5 miles for me today!
I can't wait for January to be over and get on the ball officially for Feb. (I came late into this challange) However, I have ventured more than 85 miles this month..Feb. = 100 miles
Lilgurl, where are you in MA,? i have been checking out some of the state parks for walking and the bike trails. Check this out! it goes by town and has some great reviews.
It is warm this morning and I think I am going to walk even if it is raining, I do have waterproof boots and a raincoat

I did 3 on the TM yesterday. It was so lovely walking outside on Mon and then capow WI winter was back with a vengeance. First it dropped freezing rain and then a couple inches of snow. Enough so the kids came home early from school. The children are home for all day today, because of course we're back to 35-40 below zero windchills. It's just not safe outside for long. I've surpassed my Jan goal, but still have 2 miles to go for what is planned on my calendar. We shall see how many I care to do on ye ole TM again today.
33.56/40 Hit 7 miles on Monday night on the TM felt so wonderful to be back there and then the next morning i realized why i'm not averaging that. Definately sore!! I was able to keep a steady pace for 5 mins after i did my 2x1s which is wonderful...tells me my endurance is on the way up! Well only 6.5 left to do tonight i think i can make it. With crosstraining every other day it kind of puts more pressure on, but i'm afraid to run everyday and be too sore. So i guess we'll see. I'm with you Lili...i can't wait to start fresh in Feb. 2 more workout days girls....you can do it!
