Good morning everyone! Down 1 lbs this morning. Yesterday was a day off from exercise. So am surprised with that big of a loss.
boatingmommy I changed it up about three days ago to push more protein and less carbs. I think it's working. Will keep at it till I either stall or reach goal.

Here is what my day yesterday looked like
Breakfast 1 scoop protein powder
1/2 c blueberries
1tbsp. Full fat Greek yogurt
1 c. Unsweetened almond milk
Coffee with cream no sugar

Lunch
Left over steak, red bell pepper, red onion tossed with organic garlic and basil dressing

Dinner
4oz cooked shrimp
1/2c green beans, 1/2 yellow pepper, red onion, and a few mini yellow squash. Sautéed in a bit of olive oil and fresh garlic

I drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and usually drink three cups of coffee with cream throughout the day.

8/4 - 249... Since my low on Thursday The scale has kept going up for NO reason except to Frustrate Me! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
8/6 247.25 Lost that water gain (Lemon water worked IAN Beer diet this weekend!!!)
8/7-8/9 UP way tooo much so did not post (I missed you all!)
8/10 248 Horay... lost 3 lbs of water from IANG's beer diet.. So happy now to get back to 247 and lower!!
8/11 248 again but its inflamation...
8/12 248.5
8/13 246.5 So happy its down... Had a fever yesterday, which I know helped.. But I;ll take it!
8/14 247.5 back to reality! lol
8/15 248 GEEZZZZ 2 weeks to lose 9 lbs :(

Diane69 - thanks for the info! I did no carbs yesterday, and ran about 1/3 of my walk. Down 1 lb. this morning! I'll take it!

8/15-243.4 going to the gym, i wonder if a banana is a good choice before the gym even though its not low carb {I'm low carb and never do banana but I heard yesterday a girl had one each day before gym}...what do you low carbers think?

Bananas are really high in sugar, I would eat protein not high sugar fruit. Just my opinion though you won't know till you try.

botingmomma so happy it worked for you. I just try to eat lower fat proteins and try to keep my carb ratio down.

Stayed the same today but kinda expected it after yesterday's loss. Have a great day everyone! Make it count!!
