Thanks wannaskipandlaugh! I have a friend coming for a visit this weekend so I expect the scale to creep up the next few days, but it should hopefully not be anything too horrible.

Down 1 lb this morning! 8.5 to go to meet my sept. challenge. I know I can get this done :-) I like how everyone is tracking their weights on here, will do that tomorrow when I have more time as I keep a journal of my weigh ins so will be easier to track my progress.

Down 0.8lbs today. I am having three rest days from exercise to: i) give my leg a chance to rest (I overdid it yesterday running); ii) to get rid of what I think is a lot of water weight; and iii) to do a motorcycle course that starts too early and ends too late to get a workout in.

McCull83 - I did a little wardrobe check last night. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending upon how you look at it) I have several sizes smaller in my closet. I tried a few things the next size down last night AND THEY FIT!!! So, there's plenty of motivation hanging in my closet. Congrats on the loss!

Newbie here. I joined in 2007 but never did anything. However I'm on a new journey and I accept the challenge. I would do anything to be back in the one hundreds. I've been working out/smaller portions all this week. So a 2 lb weight loss is good. :)

something is obvs wrong. My feet are swollen and my body is sore. I think this must be exercise water weight. I have been going hard at HIIT this week and jumping lots. Jumping is kind of bad for my flat feet. I'm going to stop taking the aerobics classes(fit bo&fit max) where I have to jump so much and stick to step aerobics, fat burner and weights. I go on vacation Monday to the alps in Tirol so I will be hiking lots. Going to try and plan food as best as I can. Bringing lots of apples with me.

berlinloser sorry about your aerobics class, that's a shame that its not working out for you, but great that you can still focus on the different types of classes. don't worry that water weight you've got will soon come off. good luck!
