Congrats to all of you for even getting close or making your 10 lb goal! Looking forward to the Sept. Challenge! I lost a total of 14 lbs in August but didnt make my 10 lb challenge with you all. Next month will be better! So congrats to all of you that worked so hard!

Made mexican fajitas maybe too much salt?, not enough water? I will have Salad instead of beans today and skip dessert , plus a few cups of green tea should do the trick.. 8/25:237.4 holding steady, quite happy because we went to a birthday party with tons of goodies had a little pizza and cake, then hubby and I went for drinks and dancing Latin night 8/26:237.4 scale wont budge, granted i did have a bad day,i went to visit my dad in the hospital, had Op breakfast, McDonalds salad w packet of ranch, dinner mojo pork publix and green beans then 2 serving of low carb cheesecake with strawberries. I could've done better. Worst month of weight loss ever on this journey.... September WILL BE BETTER! It HAS TOO! or....
SW 247.50 8/4 - 249... Since my low on Thursday The scale has kept going up for NO reason except to Frustrate Me! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR 8/6 247.25 Lost that water gain (Lemon water worked IAN Beer diet this weekend!!!) 8/7-8/9 UP way tooo much so did not post (I missed you all!) 8/10 248 Horay... lost 3 lbs of water from IANG's beer diet.. So happy now to get back to 247 and lower!! 8/11 248 again but its inflamation... 8/12 248.5 8/13 246.5 So happy its down... Had a fever yesterday, which I know helped.. 2.4 total lost for the month. Not nearly the 10 lbs I'd hoped for. But honestly, with all the events I had this month, the old me would have easily gained 10 this month. So I'm happy to end the month smaller than I started it, even if it's just a little.

Despite all the parties/gatherings I went to and how many times I swear my husband and his friends tried to sabotaging me, I still lost 9.9 pounds! PLUS I pulled out some old clothes last night to try them on and they actually fit!
