Me too.... still going in the right direction YAY!!! SW 247.50 8/4 - 249... Since my low on Thursday The scale has kept going up for NO reason except to Frustrate Me! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR 8/6 247.25 Lost that water gain (Lemon water worked IAN Beer diet this weekend!!!) 8/7-8/9 UP way tooo much so did not post (I missed you all!) 8/10 248 Horay... lost 3 lbs of water from IANG's beer diet.. So happy now to get back to 247 and lower!! 8/11 248 again but its inflamation... 8/12 248.5 8/13 246.5 So happy its down... Had a fever yesterday, which I know helped.. But I;ll take it! 8/14 247.5 back to reality! lol 8/15 248 GEEZZZZ 2 weeks to lose 9 lbs 8/16 hurting 8/17 247.5 back to starting weight... very frustrated as I have been on plan except for 1 day of eating some choc waiver cookies a few days ago... but still under 1500 cal total ) Patience and Patience.. sometimes you want to spit into its eye!!! 8/18 246 I spit and it blinked! 8/19 248 it snuck back up on me ARGH!!! 8/20 246.5 (a whole 1 lb off for the month so far) SIGH.. 8/21 247.5 well I jinxed myself as that lb found me again >( 8/22 245 Well finally down 2.5 lbs for the month GEEZ it took long enough! 8/23 244 (-3.5) Oh gosh at least 3 MORE! at LEAST! 8/24 243.5 almost stayed at 243... but 2+ more needed please!!!! 8/25 243 (-4.5 for the month) OK There are at least 2 more (I KNOW from past months) leaving the building... Made mexican fajitas maybe too much salt?, not enough water? I will have Salad instead of beans today and skip dessert , plus a few cups of green tea should do the trick.. 8/25:237.4 holding steady, quite happy because we went to a birthday party with tons of goodies had a little pizza and cake, then hubby and I went for drinks and dancing Latin night |

I could've done better. Today I have Zumba in the morning and Bellydance tonight,i need to tighten up my eating or I will be stuck at237 4ever. |

misssmcc Hey, you will pick back up tomorrow. Try not to let yourself feel deprived. Have a little treat daily and you will be able to fight cravings better. Don't feel bad. We all fall off the wagon just get back up now. :hug:

thank you cheeriloos, I am trying not to be too hard on myself, theres nothing I can do about it now except move forward and make tomorrow better. no use crying over spilled milk (or already drank milkshake for that matter), everyone here is so inspiring though I am going to check back here every time I need motivation!

I'm back after a couple of days of not really doing well on plan due to a party filled weekend that included dancing tons and too much alchohol and now I'm feeling bad about it. I ate chips yesterday, just a few but yeah. I haven't really gained any weight but I need to get my butt to the gym. Down almost 2lbs again. Down 4.6lbs from the beginning of the month which is not amazing but progress. I am really wanting to lose a couple more lbs before final weigh in.
