Would love to jump in with you all. I am a week into my journey down 9 lbs but would love to see another 10 lbs off by Sept. I know I can do it, just need to be accountable :-)

Ian your body is probably just stabilizing for a big drop. You are all doing such a great job. I can't wait to weigh in on Friday. Maybe I'll even weigh in tomorrow. Going to try and pick my scale up. Hopefully 202 tomorrow or 201.5 on Friday. We'll see.

Anyone here doing the Ideal Protein diet? I'm doing that to lose 10. I lost a few but now the scale won't budge. Really frustrating.

Down .5 today. My scale is older and only weighs in .5 increments :-( I'm too cheap to invest in a new scale if this one still works LOL!

ok I couldn't help myself but take a sneak peek at the gym. I told myself I wouldn't take it serious because I usually weigh in fully naked after I pee in the morning. Well after 55 minutes of cardio and a t-shirt full of sweat I weighed in at 91.5kg or 201.8lbs. I'll verify that against my scale soon.
