I would like to start this with a weight of 155 and have a goal of 10 pounds to lose. I am happy at 155 but my dresses are saying I need a bit more room to breathe.

I'll start today and hope to lose about seven pounds this month!
Here we go! SW: 190.2 lbs GW: 183.0 lbs I have a week long vacation that starts 08/08 and I'm nervous about that. I really hope I don't gain much then. I won't be weighing myself daily on my digital as ill be away so I will have to come back to it 08/14. |
