scale was back down to 256 this morning, hoping it doesn't go back up again! the only thing I ate off plan was a weight watchers toffee desert, 177 calories and I worked it into my daily allowance so I cant explain the 2lb jump I had. never mind, if only weight loss was linear :rolleyes:

I'm not calling my next goal until I'm at 120 lbs even. My body is apparently having a very difficult time letting go of this last 1/2 lb. Aargh!

The scale dropped all those "fake" pounds this morning...glad to see persistence pays off (now half a pound from having lost 30 pounds)

SW - 264 CW - 255 GW- 254 only 1 more pound until I reach my 10lb goal, heres hoping! also this latest pound lost was significant, as although I do not put much worth in BMI scores, this makes my BMI 39.9, meaning I am no longer classed as 'morbidly' obese. I have dropped the 'morbidly' lol. keep up the good work folks |

I stayed on track at the family dinner. Had to laugh because my mother-in-law made a HUGE pot of green beans because she knows I usually love them. But, she made them the old way...with half a pound of bacon in them! NOT on my diet. Feeling good, but sad that my sister-in-law made a few comments to the tune of, "oh, you're dieting again?" Congrats to all you "losers"!!! Some of you are sooo close to the 10 lbs. Way to go! |

Don't worry about them, most people who treat people that way when they see someone trying to better themselves are a tad insecure, and they might not realize how rude they seem. Don't let the feeders and jealous commenters get to you, you are doing awesome!! They probably are used to you being bigger and are worried about looking bad next to you :D |
