8/24-237.4(+.2) gosh!! Made mexican fajitas maybe too much salt?, not enough water? I will have Salad instead of beans today and skip dessert , plus a few cups of green tea should do the trick..
8/25:237.4 holding steady, quite happy because we went to a birthday party with tons of goodies had a little pizza and cake, then hubby and I went for drinks and dancing Latin night
8/26:237.4 scale wont budge, granted i did have a bad day,i went to visit my dad in the hospital, had Op breakfast, McDonalds salad w packet of ranch, dinner mojo pork publix and green beans then 2 serving of low carb cheesecake with strawberries. I could've done better. Today I have Zumba in the morning and Bellydance tonight,i need to tighten up my eating or I will be stuck at237 4ever.

I haven't done anything different...still eating all my daily points and this week I haven't even worked out!!! Feeling happy!!! 8/4 - 249... Since my low on Thursday The scale has kept going up for NO reason except to Frustrate Me! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR
8/6 247.25 Lost that water gain (Lemon water worked IAN Beer diet this weekend!!!)
8/7-8/9 UP way tooo much so did not post (I missed you all!)
8/10 248 Horay... lost 3 lbs of water from IANG's beer diet.. So happy now to get back to 247 and lower!!
8/11 248 again but its inflamation...
8/12 248.5
8/13 246.5 So happy its down... Had a fever yesterday, which I know helped.. But I;ll take it!

Thanks Boatingmommy and way to go on your accomplishments this month. Great find to know that the diet soda can make such a difference - very motivational!!

I went out for very salty ramen last night and left feeling very full, and knew I wouldn't make any progress today :dizzy: . And tomorrow I'm heading off from Toronto on a two week vacation in Italy. I'm very excited as one would expect, but am anxious/nervous about reversing the progress I've been making lately. I know that I will not want to avoid the pizza/pasta/cheese/etc.. that I love so much but am going to see if I can strike a balance and may also have the opportunity to go to the gym on some days. Lets see how "good" i can be! Its not that I'm opposed to enjoying a vacation, but for me, although I work very hard for good stretches, I frequently take the opportunity to enjoy something somewhere enough that significant progress is never achieved! :frypan:
