Another month, and another chance to shed some pounds! Bathing suit season will be here before we know it and I'm hoping to look a lot better in mine this summer than last! Anyone who would like is welcome to join us this month in getting on top of the weight loss now, and we'll all be in great shape by the time the warm weather comes our way.
The rules of our challenge are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss, so just set a weight loss related goal(s) and I'll add it to our goal list for the month of March. When you reach your goal for the month it will be turned RED in our goal list!
We love to hear about your success as well as your challenges throughout the month, so please share them with us. We're here to support and encourage each other to be our best.
I'll post my starting weight tomorrow, but my goal this month is to FINALLY get to a "normal" BMI (147.6 or less). I have been in the 150s for 2 months, and this month I am determined to finally get to my original goal!
Hello! I want to join this challenge I will post my starting weight in the am,but my goal for this month is to be 170 or less! I want this year to be the year I get to my prepregnancy weight of 125!
After only losing 6.5 last month, I was gong to scale back, but what the heck - I'm going for 8lbs this month! I've ordered a heart rate monitor, I'm going to really step up the exercise and if I lose 8 lbs this month, I'll be the lowest weight I've ever been as an adult! (Actually quite excited thinking about it!)
So, this morning I am 167.5, I aim to be 159.5 by the end of March, for a total loss of 8lbs.
Made my goal of -8lbs for February.....and seem to be averaging about 2lbs a week...so, I'm going to go with 8lbs for March. Starting weight 169. Hoping great success to all!

Since I am just starting out, restarting, or whatever you wanna call it LOL and I usually do pretty well at the beginning AND have upped my working out, gonna shoot for 10 in March.

I'm going out of town for part of March and won't have a daily weigh-in. On the other hand, I learned from last month's challenge to weigh under 76.4kgs for 14 of the 29 days in February, that when it happens, it happens in streaks. So, not being able to weigh myself a few days may not make that much difference. *checks a calendar* I think I'll go for this in March:
i started this month at 271.2 (according to the wii fit just a few minutes ago)... which means i lost 5.3 last month (2.7 shy of my 8lb goal)... i would LOVE to see 260 by the end of the month... but i know that's crazy ambitious. i think i will set my goal at 8 pounds again. and make my goal 263.

My starting weight today is 151.9, and my goal is 147.6 or less, so that's 4.3 lbs or more I'm shooting for.
