I had to laugh (happily) when I saw 149.9 this morning... it's like the scale gods finally decided to take pity on me and put me *just* under 150. But yay!!!!

And the sprints may really be helping... interval training is believed by many to be one of the few ways that you can actually improve your metabolism. Regardless, congratulations on the 3 lbs!!
