I'm in! I started at 152.4 - up a bit from my 2/29 weigh in, but I still technically made my goal last month. I'm hoping for a pound a week which would mean 148. I think that would get me into the "healthy" BMI range too, which would be sweet!

ItsMyTurn: I'm glad you'll be checking in with us!! We would miss you otherwise.

This morning my weight was finally back down to exactly my ticker/profile weight - which I first saw on Feb 3. I'm torn between being happy about that and being annoyed that a month of effort has resulted in zero real progress (it's not like I've been losing inches either). I am certain I'm still holding on to a bunch of water (hands are still falling asleep at night, socks leaving deep indents on my legs, etc.), and I told my husband that the scale had better be down again tomorrow or he's in for a grumpy wife all day, lol.

It's by the skin of my teeth, but I'm finally in the 140s!!!!! I had to laugh (happily) when I saw 149.9 this morning... it's like the scale gods finally decided to take pity on me and put me *just* under 150. But yay!!!!

Lol, yay for the 140s! That is awesome

Down another 3 for me....242.5. My weight loss seems to have gone into overdrive lately, and I can't figure out why! I'm doing the same thing I was doing before and it just seems to have taken off! Almost doubling what I was losing before. I'm not complaining....but it is just weird! About the only thing I have changed up is that I sprint for a minute or two everynight instead of my normal running routine. But I can't imagine 45 seconds of sprinting could result in 1/2 lb a day!

Thanks ladies! It's so funny, lol. I keep getting on the scale just so I can giggle at that number. Edit: crazy, I've been peeing all day without good reason (haven't been drinking more than usual), and the scale is down another 1.5 lbs this evening.

jessica: Maybe your body was just getting used to the new activity level and way of eating previously, and now that it has adjusted you're really in the weight loss groove! 3 lbs or so per week is what I was losing at the same stage, and that lasted for a good while - so you may have lots of happy weigh-ins to look forward to. And the sprints may really be helping... interval training is believed by many to be one of the few ways that you can actually improve your metabolism. Regardless, congratulations on the 3 lbs!!
