  • loose seal- i am right there with you for the april thing, let's just keep supporting each oother and eventually the scale will drop and then you'll be back on a roll! I am really grateful that I've found a group of people to help and encourage me when the going gets tough, sometimes weight loss feels very isolating around friends and family, and this really gives me hope that I can do it! So thanks to everyone, and enjoy the last day of march!
  • Well, this morning I weighed in at 161.5 lbs, so a total loss for March of 6 lbs. I didn't reach my target, but very pleased nonetheless! Congratulations to everyone who saw losses this month, and congrats to Jessica on your shotgun wedding!

    I end this month at 126.6. At one point, my weight did go below 126 but not consistent enough for me to consider it really that low. It does make me happy that my body will eventually get there


    Starting Weight: 130.8 lbs
    Goal Weight: Actual Weigh-In
    3.08 - 129.0: 128.0 lbs (-2.8 lbs)
    3.15 - 128.0: 129.2 lbs (+1.2 lbs)
    3.22 - 127.0: 127.2 lbs (-2.0 lbs)
    3.31 - 126.0: 126.6 lbs (-0.6 lbs)

    Total loss for the month at 4.2 lbs! I'll take it!

    dcap: It IS possible, and I know you can do it, and I love it that you know you can do it too!

    loose seal: Argh, I wish I could make things just MOVE for you!! I am frustrated for you! You're doing so, so well sticking with it though - this plateau is going to end in April, and the reward for all your work will become apparent.

    Alisa: It's crazy, as I've gotten lower, I've wanted to eat more too - it almost feels like it's my body saying that it's happy where it is, and it's sick of calorie restriction, lol. The process may be slower at this point, with more days where you're over calories, but it's totally ok - you will get to that ultimate goal.

    Sorry to run, but I have to figure out what is happening today... I was supposed to go out of town for the weekend, but my best friend just called to say she's in labor, and now I need to figure out whether I'm staying here or not to go over and watch her son. My husband can go, but ugh, OF COURSE it would happen just as I'm about to leave! I was over there a week and a half ago for the night when she went to the hospital with false labor, and I've been on pins and needles since then... it just feels wrong not to be here, but my mom has breakfast will all my relatives coming over tomorrow morning since I'll be in town, and my two closest friends from "home" arranged babysitters so we could go out to dinner tonight... and I just don't know what to do!! Anyway, I may not be around this weekend regardless, but will catch up with this thread and the April one when I get some time on Sunday night or Monday. Have a great weekend all!!!
  • -16 pounds for March...I was aiming for 10 so definitely hit goal! So happy to finally see results again!

  • I lost 4 pounds this month 1 pound below my goal! I'm happy with what I lost. I'm excited for Aprils Weight loss challenge and congrats to everyone who lost weight, even if they didn't reach their march goal

    minoja and ashori, congratulations on meeting and exceeding your March weight loss goals!!! Fantastic job this month!! You are both RED in the final goal list below. Wait... minoja, I can't find you on my goal list!?! How did I lose you there? I will go back and find your original goal and update it! SO sorry!! Edit: OK, I found it in your sig! Sorry I didn't have it below before, but it's there now and it's RED!

    And congratulations to everyone who lost this month, and especially everyone who kept up the fight even when the going was REALLY tough and nothing was happening on the scale. I am always so inspired by how many choose to keep fighting around here - it's all of you who keep me going. So thank you, and good luck to everyone with your weight loss goals in April!
