chickadee If after the weekend I still feel funky I will definitely go to a doctor. I think because of the strain my immune went kaplonk and I needed more time than usual. Thanks for the perspective though and the support.

Weigh in day tomorrow... Hoping it goes well...a week left on this challenge, I think I will be happy even if I just get close to my goal. Stayed op the entire time pretty proud of myself for that!

Oh. Dear. God.

TOM showed up this a.m.

Can I just go to bed and start anew on April 1?

March was just not my month to lose, no matter how much I was trying. Just gonna have to close the book on it and move on. Yeah, like I have any other choice! lol

On the upside and I can now run a mile easily (at 5.2mph and so what that a lot of running sites don't consider that more than a jog ) and do 10 real pushups (on me toes) so . . . so THERE you stupid, stubborn scale!

Maybe as the running progresses I"ll be able to get a better cal deficit and things will start swinging down again.

GREAT job some of you are doing!! Congarats on reaching or getting dang close to your March goals.

sun . . . yeah, maybe a doc is a good idea. Hope you feel better soon!

Have a great weekend all. Stay the course, sooner or later (or reallllly later lol) it will pay off.

minoja: Thumbs up for staying on plan all month! I'll keep my fingers crossed for your weigh-in tomorrow.

loose seal: Gah!! You just can't catch a break! I wonder if the running has something to do with it, body just adjusting and all of that? AWESOME job with that though, by the way! I just did my first successful TM run at 5.2 mph tonight, and I was pretty worn out! Felt good though. Do you ever see a drop after TOM starts or as it's ending? That's when the scale usually whooshes for me. Anyway - way to keep up the fight even when things aren't moving. It's all we can do, and it's the only thing that will get us to our goals in the end.

And speaking of TOM, mine is about 5 days late at this point, grrr. I'm waiting on it anxiously because that's when I'll get my schedule for my next FET cycle... I'm just kind of left hanging in the meantime, unable to plan anything until I know when those appointments and the embryo transfer will be. Also hoping this bloat will drop off once it finally shows up!

Everyone is doing so great! Way to go ladies. You all are breezing through march!
So I just got my period and so I will skip my run today. Otherwise I get super achy and crampy. Since we are moving I am getting plenty of exercise though. Can't wait till April and we are moved into our new home Something to look forward to after these last weeks of sickness ****. Hope you all have a great weekend~
