josey - Major congratulations!!! You worked so hard for that goal and I'm happy to see you achieve it! and
Awww thanks peanutt (and everybody else)!!
I switched my calories to maintaining for now (until after Christmas) and holy moly! I like what I am seeing! I have a bunch more wiggle room now and I am sure that will let me really enjoy Christmas. I will throw a bunch of running in just to make sure I don't gain (too much). I am not sure if the maintaining limit really works. I guess time will tell.
I didn't lose anything, didn't gain - sigh- This stress is kicking my rear end! Been working out extra hard, I leveled out my calories to 1500. I am still trying to find that magic number and sweet spot to settle into.
I know as soon as I can get rid of some of this stress I will lose what my body has been hanging on to. Come on Scale You OWE ME.
jeanettey.....Hugssss hang in there!! find your way again...i KNOW you can!! i believe in you!

Everybody else is going strong. Nice job ladies!!
By the way, how does this work now? I am a BL newbie. Do we declare the one with the biggest loss next Sunday winner?
Biggest overall loss usually. So unless I get a major case of rotovirus I think I am out of the running
BURPEE CHALLENGE:

anyone else?
Gym this morning Xtrainer, MTCD1 except I spaced a couple exercises and then 4 easy miles on the dreadmill. The top of my "easy" range is getting boring but I cant change it until I lose 3 more lbs or do an actual race. Discipline!!!!!
I'm so excited for my workout tonight. Hubby finally hung the gym rings in our basement gym last night. AND I found a door inside the house that our pull-up bar will work on (rather than having to use the door into the freezing cold garage which drastically drops the temperature of the whole basement).
ennay - What is MTCD1?
josey - like the new signature! New quotes, goal reached....WINNING!
Peanutt - sorry, Making The Cut Day 1. I'm not following the program exactly, but I needed to shake up my weight lifting was getting bored and skipping.
NSV - The marathon tech shirt I got last month was just a shade too small to wear in public, you could count the back fat rolls.
But today it fits, form fitting - runners are not supposed to have boobs according to this manufacturer, but fits and looks actually pretty nice. It's a good NSV because besides being a nice long sleeve tech fabric shirt, it is personalized with my name and how many prior times I have finished that marathon.
Although it is still cold enough today that i am just wearing it as a base layer.
I think we need a Black Ops "bridge to the next biggest loser" challenge.
I am surprised my avatar is not glowing or something anyways because I am :-)
I am driving everybody nuts here in the office because I am celebrating reaching my goal, I am 1.5 days away from vacation (= zero motivation) and in general just bouncing off the walls. (Which should burn quite the calories!)
