I am on my second round of antibiotics for an ear infection, TOM, and a tendon injury with my left foot has left me less that 100%. I am a mess and my motivation has been low. I had a good week last week and I plan to get back to business this week. Food intake has been on track 5 out of 7 days. Exercise is very moderate. The slight gain I had is TOM related so I did not want to post. Looking back at past months this is normal and goes away quickly. I would rather post I poor report than ignore the situation. The group has had lots success, keep up the good work.

Wow, i would have to do my walk twice in a row just to hit 11 miles, i hear you on the feeling like a little kid, had one of those moments this spring splashing through puddles.

Finished a 10K walk so far today, no idea what i should do now, either forge ahead with exercise or do some yardwork, could even go out to the lake i suppose, maybe a little of everything... we'll see i guess.

peanutt - Thank you! Yeah, the encouragement really made my day! Other than finishing that is ;P

rmc - Thank you, I'm happy I didn't give up, I would be very very angry at myself if I did! Just keep swimming =D. If you train well you'll nail that 5k!

Reso - Thank you medear <3. I'm proud that you're able to fit into those shorts! I have a similar pair myself that I used to be able to fit into, can't wait to slip on those bad boys.

envelope - Thanking you! I'm wearing the medal as I type this! Figured today will be the only day it's acceptable to wear it, so making the most of it!! Well done on your 10 miles! It's great that you feel confident, I'm sure you'll do brilliantly.

Jeanettey, WTG on losing 40 lbs! That's phenomenal! Can't wait to get there myself. I hope it's soon, but I seem to keep losing and gaining that same pound over and over. That seems to happen every third week or so. Oh well, just got to keep at it!

Munchey-- For someone who only had a post or two just a few weeks ago you certainly figured out how to put a smile on our faces! Nice job with all those motivational images!!!

Trekkers--Once again, please make sure you enter at least one lump sum number on the spreadsheet to add your miles to our trek. Sarge is only using the spreadsheet now because our global trek is just too long to keep a running tally on the pledge board each week. Here's the link again: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...IOe6aQF#gid=75
I'll update the trek tomorrow, but it looks like we're only 1/4 the way thru our swim across the ocean, which means 1 month in the water for us! I know I definitely felt something brush against my leg!
