Hey Sarge,
I think maybe the Shred battle is dead. I am about to restart the program myself but I don't think we need it in the side challenges anymore since I'm starting the first to 20 race.
K3 -- Thanks for helping out the updates...I was gonna check the BL challenges next, still working the trek numbers, but CONGRATS RATED, RAINBOW & K3 (-2/1.13%)!!!!! ANOTHER WEEK THE VICTORY FLAG WAVES OVER OUR PLATOON!!!! SWEEEEEEEEEEET!

*yawn* good morning. So after a long night of nursing the sick chihuahua I am somewhat awake. Hoping he will make it through this. Weighed in at 167.4 so I am down .4
Gotta go to town and get some pedialyte and prebiotics for Poncho. Happy losing!
Oh boy, I am pages behind!! Sorry if I missed something:
@Reso - same here. But we bought a new microwave. lol
@K2 - I arrived at size MEDIUM too. So cool!!!
@Anon - how did the "meet the breeder" go??
@Riestrella - Congrats! WTG on the race and loss!
@Rated - Great loss!
@KittyKat Congrats on winning the 15lbs challenge
@Jeanettey - Awesome! 40 lbs is a ton of butt-er!
@envelope - I saw it. I am sooo bummed about another stall week. I can't believe it. Right now it is really tough to stay motivated. Can't work out as I want either. Will stick to upper body weights though and hope for the best.
Welcome newbies!
Congrats to everybody for the 133% this week. Nice work!
There is something on page 22 that my computer will not let me look at.
You don't have permission to access /forum/chicks-up-challenge/240181-sarges-no-excuses-boot-camp-11-a-22.html on this server.
Weird!
Josey - hang tough...we all know the scale is a PITA.
I am going to need to cut back on activities the day before my long run (probably not a great idea to put in 7 hours volunteering at the Margarita booth the night before) and possibly try to up cals a few days before. Yesterday I was whoooped. I felt like I had the flu and was cranky as heck. I am just starting to feel human again after sleeping 10 hrs last night. Thank goodness it is a scheduled rest day.
Envelope--Page 22 contains Sarge's top secret stuff like who we're voting off the island and other redacted material normally stored deep in the bowels of Area 51! BTW, excellent idea to bag to margarita booth and stay off your feet before the long run. You'd probably get some volunteers from this group to drink your shift, oh, I mean work your shift!
Checking in from work. I am back and finally read through the threads. I love the chatter and motivation. Nice job all the losers this week
Riestrella - Nice job on the RACe!!!!
Kitty: COngrats on winning the 15 lb loss! Whoop!
Jeanettey: 40 pounds!!!! COngrats!
I woke up early this AM and got my C25K W4D2 done! Feeling good! The DH and I are going to the gym for a second workout tonight. I DO NOT want to be in the water for a month! So I will be raking up more miles this week than last
Ok HotPink, but only 'cause Sarge is a gambler and he HATES begging! I'll add you to the board back in post #330. Good luck!!! You don't want to disappoint Sarge OR the platoon! Oh, and WELCOME!
Great job with all the losses! I love this platoon!
Josey -- the meeting went really well! She liked me a lot, so I put down a deposit and am now officially on the waiting list for a black female. She has a litter due Sept. 26, so cross your fingers there are multiple little black b*****s please! (I know there are a few people on the waiting list ahead of me, but they want show quality black females only, and I am only looking for pet quality because I couldn't afford ANOTHER grand past pet price.) I am super excited about that. Thank you so much for asking! I'm sorry you're at odds with the scale right now. I think you are doing really well, though, so I'd just keep at it. If things don't improve soon, maybe try CCing for a week instead of WWing?
HotPink -- How tall are you? Our numbers are very similar. Maybe you'd like to race me to 150?
MadamB -- my BF just left. Already planning on spending hours in the gym trying to fill my days now. Say bye to my BUTT-er! :P
Chickadee -- Thank you so much for helping with the spreadsheet. You're amazing.
Have a wonderful day, everyone.

Anon & Chick -- You guys both earn another BIG THANKS for that spreadsheet. Never in my wildest imagination did I think this would become such an awesome, interactive group! Seriously, we got this great spreadsheet, Jeanetty's serving up weekly challenges, Chesh rocks the morning poster, Sarge crunches the #'s, Peanutt serves as our resident therapist, and several members are awesome goodwill ambassadors who keep up with the personals so everyone feels included. To top it off, people are LOSING SERIOUS POUNDS OF BUTT-er while catching a daily chuckle or two.
Ok, gotta go, on the verge of making my own eyes bleed!
Thanks Sarge! I'm already feeling the motivation...I need some accountability in my life. I WILL drop those 2 lbs this week.
AnonymouslyYours: I am 5'6, in my 30's, and getting back to losing after getting distracted for a few months. I'll give racing a go, any additional help to stay on track is cool with me.
