Skinny - haha that's awesome!!! I used to date a guy who did parkour...scared the **** outta me I was always at the ready to dial 911 whenever I was around him cause he'd randomly jump onto and off of things.

Hey everyone! Sorry for the slight silence. I have been collecting my thoughts and re-motivating myself. Thanks for the congrats everyone!!!!! Can't wait to hit that 20lbs!!!!!!
Sarge-Sorry no miles to add last week. No excuses! Make up for it this week for sure!
Well yesterday I went for a motorcycle ride to Ft. Meyers. I wore a tank top and we were on the bikes for 7hrs!!!! I am soooo burnt on my shoulders and the backs of my arms. My trainer thought it was hilarious and decided to make me do weighted squats with the bars on my shoulders. He said it was punishment for getting on a crotch rocket Hope everyone else had a great weekend! Let's melt some major BUTT-er this week!!!!!!!!
Oh boy, I am pages behind!! Sorry if I missed something:
@Reso - same here. But we bought a new microwave. lol
LOL, i had to buy a new microwave a couple of weeks ago also, you don't realize how much you use it till it's broken, thing just barely lasted over 2 years, just over the warranty...junk.
So putting the wrap on another day, walked my 6.2 miles and biked 3 so far, might...might bike a little more later on, but will definately do a little light weights before my evening shower.
Was an average day, scale did drop one more pound like i thought, seems my body is ready to drop a little bit once again so i'm happy about that, look out but i'm nearly into the 180's (holy crap), there is a 50/50 chance i could see another small drop tomorrow, just from experience, if not i need to have a run of perfect days to solidify the drop, strange how i become accustomed to knowing exactly what to do and what will take place.
Anyways hope everyone is doing well, have a good night and a pleasant rest.
Ok, I am baaack! Out of the funk (hopefully!). I went shopping because part of my crappy morning was that every blouse I put on was just hanging on me like a big bag. I realized later that it actually doesn't look good because IT is too big not me!! So I went shopping and got some great deals.
Then I went home and did some weights and they were easier to lift, push, whatever than ever before. YAY!
Now I am pumped.
I am sorry for being such a whiner! Sarge, I hope the eyes are not bleeding too much! Sorry! No more!
Evening to all. Was a pretty reasonable day today. Poor little Poncho is still sick and lathargic. I'm really anxious about itand it's beginning to show in my own appetite. He's usually a bouncy, happy excited chihuahua and he just lays around being sad and sick. It's so sad. I have been staying up all night putting fluids in him.....seeing as how he only has like a thimble of blood in his whole body.
Dont mean to vent...just worried about my Poncho dog.
SkinnyInOz: WOW . . . that parkouring looks fun, wish I was a bit younger . . . and those are some BRAVE souls

DZack: Hope Poncho feels better soon
RESOOOOO: You're BAAAAAAAAAACK, and I'm so Happy
Pokey: Oh my . . . they have cactus with barbed spines . . . NOT GOOD . . . It's a good thing you were working for a Doc . . . Oh, my poor Pokey . . . LOLOLOLOL <sorry> Sorry I just can't help it. I'm not laughing AT YOU, JUST REALLY, REALLY CLOSE . . .
Rainbow: GREAT LOSS this week!! What was it -3.4 . . .

Great day today. For the first time ever, I ran for 30 mins straight at the gym. That pales in comparison to some of your feats, but for me it's definitely an accomplishment. Now to bump up the speed!
Sarge, how'd it go dropping your recruit off at school? Mine goes next week. I'll miss her, but I am definitely looking forward to getting back to my regular routine and having more "me" time.
Hope everyone who's feeling down or ill, including Poncho, gets a good night's sleep and wakes up feeling better!
thanks madam...
on the up side, nigel got a new job today. i'm trying to remain calm yet hopeful, as it is only a temporary 4 week contract assignment. none-the-less, its a job. exactly 20 months to the day of being unemployed. it has been a very long journey. we will be moving yet again, the first of sept. so i will not be very active here, sorry. hopefully, this will be a move to last a few years!! 3 moves in 3 years is brutal. i miss my home. i miss my old neighborhood. i miss the gym. i am thankful and grateful. thanks everyone for letting me amble along with the platoon always bringing up the rear, but hey, someone has to be the rear!

You would think with having nothing better to do all day I'd be able to keep up with everyone's posts throughout the day! Chatty group....love it!
Dreamer - glad you're enjoying the Commando!
josey - sounds like a positive experience shopping...just what you needed!
Reso - glad you got that drop on the scale. I haven't had a microwave in 4 years and don't miss it one bit!
KittyKat - love that fresh kick BUTT-er attitude this week....keep it up!!
DZack - hope the pup is better soon. Whenever I start typing your name I get the song from an old Discovery Zone commercial running through my head..."I'm going DZ for Discovery Zone..." No one probably has any idea what I'm talking about.
Gooey - Don't eat yourself! Perhaps a snack before your swim? And I don't think I mentioned this before but WOWEE ZOWEE size 4?? I'm impressed! Size 6 has always been my "ideal size" in my mind (thank you, Sweet Valley High books of my youth ). Since you're only a half inch taller than me now I wonder if maybe a 4 might be in my future....
rmc - 30 minutes straight is awesome!! WTG!
Rainbow - amazing news!! I'm happy for you guys. It may only be temporary right now, but you never know what opportunities may come along beyond that. Keep your head up!
Peanutt: You'll definitely be in 4's . . . when I weighed 130-135, I would wear 6's & 8's . . . they have definitely changed the sizes, so I think 4's are definitely in your future. No won't eat myself I ate tilapia, zucchini and green beans
Rainbow: I'm so happy for you and Nigel, 4 weeks is 4 weeks . . . and who knows what will happen . . . and you don't bring up the rear, MadamBGooey does with her little BUTT-er car . . . remember the train cars . . . THE BUTT-ER CAR IS THE CABOOSE
rmc: 30 minutes is AWESOME!!!! . . . feels so good too !!!
Josey: You crack me up . . . SARGE & I SCARY . . . OK, maybe a little . . . We have to keep you recruits in line somehow . . . besides we don't bite . . . HARD . . . OK, I'm getting silly so it's time for bed
Peanutt : No microwave ? Not sure i would want to go without now, warming up leftovers is my main use... still.
Decided to dig deep so i did an 11.8 mile bike ride and weights this evening, ate into my sleep, ugh, looks like i'll get maybe 6 hours now... Oh well C'est la vie.
Miles today total 14.8 plus 6.2, ( 21, not bad for working all day as well. )
rainbow: YAY!!!!! I am so thrilled for you and Nigel!! Good luck with all the move prep, and I will be hoping 4 weeks turns into something a lot longer!!
Busy day today... work, then did some grocery shopping, made dinner, went to the gym, and then made 3 lemon cheesecakes to be topped with lemon curd and berries for work tomorrow. I am beat! But calorie intake for the day was on-target, and I'm set with leftovers for lunch tomorrow (and I'm going to avoid the cheesecake!).
