Pokey: I have a fairly cheap HR monitor but it does track calories and grams of fat. So far today I've burned just over 1400 calories . . . BUT I'm on a mission today . . . Ummmm check back a few pages, but in a nutshell: Peanutt & hubby were "discussing" what kind of poster decor should go in the weight room. Hubby wants Chuck, Peanutt wants Commando Steve. Sarge has a GREAT pork recipe, easy too and YUMMY. Also try Gina's skinny recipes (google it) I also like spaghetti squash with whatever sauce you like, grilled zucchini and/or squash . . . or sweet potato, green beans
OK, mission not completely successful today, but there is still a lot of daylight and I'm almost finished refueling . . . the tank was running on empty . . . a few errands and then I'm off to work to workout in the GOOD GYM, but after all the therapeutic people leave . . . oh yea . . .
