Anon: Yup, I think Peanutt has the right answer, add a couple of slices of avocado, or celery/apple/banana with peanut butter. Snack on some almonds or cashews . . . some days I'm not so hungry (yesterday) I don't usually fight with it too much . . . WHY . . . do you ask??? Because today I'm starving . . . it's only after several days of NOT being hungry I sit up and take notice
