Another day just about done, didn't do much for exercise today, my 10K walk and no biking... so far, maybe slight chance i will go out later and put a few miles on in the dark, still struggling to get right in the head, ughhhh !

Not much new to report really just tredding water right now, bought a new vacuum, how exciting LOL. Anyways i hope to put together a good weekend, dig deep and give it everything regardless.

Awful quiet here tonight . . . Hope everyone is getting in their LAST CHANCE WORKOUTS . . .

Joyful: Are you just figuring out that the MadamGooey is a little bit NUTS . . . OK maybe a lot (sometimes) . . . LOLOLOL On the food front, try eating/grazing all day long . . . good healthy snacks . . . I eat AT LEAST FIVE OR SIX TIMES A DAY . . . I think I may have a blood sugar thing too . . . I'm always eating . . . gotta fuel the fire . . . Remember Peanutt's furnace theory . . . well . . . I fuel my furnace ALL DAY LONG . . . lots of fruits & veggies, protein . . . if you want more details PM me. Also this website http://nutritiondata.self.com/ is a great way to break down what you're eating and everything that goes with it; calories, glycemic index (this is the sugar thing) where you are on the pyramid scale (protein, carb, fats) and a whole lot of other things. Takes a while to get all your food set up, but after that, it's very easy to put in what you plan to eat and see if you're low on protein or too high in the fats, etc OH PM me . . . I'm so DA*N wordy. GOOD LUCK WITH FINALS

Went shopping for new Undergarments today. SO fun! I am a sucker for cute things. Got a couple new cute outfits in size MEDIUMS. Oh YEAH. Got some new medium sized tank tops. A little tight, but totally doable, I am sure they will be nice a loose before long.

I bought some new belts as well, had too. I am between sizes right now and I hate to buy new pants and jeans and not be able to wear them very long. On Monday I will be going through all my clothes and shoes and weeding out the ones that I can no longer wear or just plain don't like. Might give em all to a friend or to goodwill.

Holding so far. Hopefully I can get some working out done tomorrow, the only thing I worked out today was my wallet.

Whew, it's the weekend!
I can get a quick breather.

The kids are excitable of course. It's always a challenge to have to go back to the beginning and 're-train' the kiddos. How to walk in a line, routines, how to talk and act in a classroom, what we do in the cafeteria. They usually pick it up quickly though. Yay.

I have a 9 mile run today. A cut back week for me. I needed one after last week. One month until my 14.2 half marathon (they added an extra mile because they could). Time just fly by.

Anyhoo-Get up, get out there and get going!

Joyful - Nice try on that mile. You'll eventually do it and it's great to have a goal out there. It took me weeks to get under 8 and I almost had to pull the panic pin on the treadmill on that run.

Morning Platoon,

Sorry I've been so quiet. My bf is moving to FL on Monday to start graduate school, and I'm really going to miss him. Anyway, been spending every minute I have with him this week. I slacked on the exercise, staying in bed cuddling, but I've made sure we walk a TON on every date this week. He's taking me to meet the breeder today, so hopefully she likes me. I did great with eating, so I'm pretty positive I will make pledge.
