CourtneyDaisey = might help you as well~ when my fiance or the evil teenager boys offer me no-no foods (whatever their intentions) I take it and hold it up to my *ss and say "hows it look?, this is where its gonna end up, what do ya think?" than I plop it on their plate and excuse myself. I find it funny and a way to take back control of the food I may have desired as well as makinng them feel like a tool (teehehehe my fav part)

Sometimes the teenagers get a little too sarcastic and taunt me with food jokingly (evil teenagers lol)but its still a temptation...so I tell them I will have it and quit my diet but they have to give me the sponge baths when Im 80 and 800lbs! lol

Pretty sure my Excersisum type sickness is over with (yay) and started my C25k ~ did the 30min today! (thats awsome considering I am NOT a treadmill person/ runner type) also did my Px90 stretches... oh and lost my 10lbs! Im officaly 222lbs and never going back to 232lbs.

A bunny for every 5 lbs off

Me1st,

Oh thank goodness, now that bunny doesn't look so SAD all by itself, but as SARGE said . . . you know what they say happens when 2 bunnies get together

Thank you everyone I've definitely felt on top of the world all day. To make things a little better- today at my orientation the district manager kept calling me out in the group of new hires as management material and even kept me after for a few minutes to talk about it with me. It would be great experience for me and much better pay so we'll see what happens!

Courtney- i feel ya on having a sabotaging hubby! Mine constantly says "one bite won't kill you" and "how can you enjoy yourself not eating these cookies with us?!" my hubby originally started the journey with me and stopped after a month or so...

Madam- you amaze me with all your crunches and push ups!!!!!

Sarge- thanks for my medal!

I've been going back and forth all day on if I should continue to try an get to 125 or not. I have loose skin already on my tummy and just recently it's started on my upper thighs. I'm wondering if 10 more pounds will just make it work. I'm pretty happy where I'm at (with clothes on) so I don't know. I guess I could try maintaining and if I lose more than it's just an added bonus? I don't know!

I hope everyone has had a great day! Later after the kiddos go to bed I'm going to try and figure out how to get my before and after pics side by side. I'm being begged on my facebook for my "final" picture lol

hey everyone-

congrats kendra!!!! that is soooooo amazing! and an inspiration to me!!!! bask in the glory girl!

doing well today- on plan, did yoga this morning and walked two miles today so far (watching my neighbor's dog for a week or so, so gives me a good excuse to walk A LOT more!).

CourtneyDaisy- hope your knee feels better, and kudos to you for sticking to plan. hope your hubby understands where you're coming from.

Hey Peeps! Hope everyone had a good day. I'm happy to report I went back to the gym for the second round and am ending the day with 9 miles behind me, a strength training session, and a Zumba class. I'm going to sleep well tonight!

Round 3: 4 mile walk, I know not much, but after TWO Jillian dates . . . it's all I could muster

SLEEP WELL ALL, LAST CHANCE WORKOUTS START EARLY TOMORROW

Side note: On my walk I found two Monarch catapillars . . . Beautiful butterflies to arrive in a few weeks

I love all the WIN!

Sometimes you can't fit in traditional exercise. But, you can challenge your muscles by doing some simple moves and using thing in your area. These are some of the ideas I did this week.

Air Squat

Stairs

exercise with balance on parking lot beam - I was able to challenge myself by walking on top of some off set parking lot beams and jumping from one to the other.

Jumping up on rocks My version was not as exciting.
