Right now I'm using the Yourself!Fitness for 30 min of my 60 daily min exercise commitment. (the other 30 is walking/biking) I am not used to the core strengthening. Ow. I have to look up some pose modifications for the yoga. . .

MeowMix and Ms Perception - Awesome way to stay on plan for both of you, and it is inspiring to see how close you both are getting to your goals!! Everyone is doing so well too!

Swimming again this morning, and I so did not want to get up. I made it though, which I'm proud of. I just need to stay committed.

shea-Thanks so much! I'm trying to convince my body I'm not quite to maintenance yet since it seems to like where I am. Good job staying OP for your exercise. Soon, you'll be the one knocking on goal's door!
