I am just starting everything today, my diet and exercise, so I have walked 30 minutes. May not be much, but it's only 19 degrees outside, so that is all I could take. At least I actually got up and did something. Thank you for this challenge. It will definately keep me motivated.

I'm joining in. My goal for January is to do 360 minutes (min) of exercise this month. I'm starting all over pretty much... so I'm going start tonight.

Hi ya'll, joining in on the exercise challenge. My goal is to set a new habit of walking every day, and for the next 30 days to strive for 7,000 steps daily. I might need to work my way up to it, so I'll post daily totals here and on my wall chart.
