I am in for the month. I haven't made a goal in the exercise challenge yet but I am bound to get it sometime. LOL I was close last month just didnt get around to exercising on the 31st.

Jan 3 - 20mins strength training, 45mins cardio
Jan 4 - day off - but lots of walking around London
Jan 5 - 45 mins interval training.
