Hi Ladies~My computer glitched Sunday then did a crash and burn. I have been with out my faithful puter til this morning. We were able to reprogram it.Thankfully all my data for 3FC was still here. Lost a lot of data and info though. Happy that this file was intact. Missed all of you and the support of this group. I exercised every day. Have not missed a workout I promise. Ditzy moment I didn't record my minutes. But I am ok with that cuz I stepped on the scale 4 times this morning all 4 times it said 159.4!!!!!!!!! The morning routine is *really* easy for me to get into - get up, bathroom, hydrate, workout. Real simple. Working in another 30 minutes has been a real battle. Frequently it's two 15-minute intervals, and many times it's been right before bed, which is just a *bad* idea for me. I pray that I can find a workable point in my afternoon routine.
Taurie - lol, well then I guess exercise would be just the thing to help that kind of headache, still the dedication is remarkable.
Gardernerjoy - Awsome job regardless, that's some great minutes and I have no doubt next month will be 1400 plus!
BlueFruitMomma - Oh I hear ya on that one, before bed is gross for me too, I just lie there for hours starring at the ceiling. I hope that afernoon slot works out for you, I'm sure that will really help up the tally.
