  • Hey all! Been out of commision with moving and all, but wanted to check in quick to say I'm still alive and almost done moving. We now have 'net at the new house. HALLELUJAH!!! So sorry I've been MIA. No exercise to report since I've been in full-blown moving mode for the last week or so. Shame on me!
  • No, no, NO! I didn't make my goal of an hour/day! But it's a year-long average goal, so I figured I would do a lot more when it's hiking & biking season.

    BUT - I did exercise more than I ever have before in my life (I think - I have only been tracking for the last few months). At the end of today I will be at 1505 minutes. So that is a victory in itself!

  • Missed goal by 15 minutes. Just couldn't get that last 15 min in. But, it was only 15 minutes, so not too bad.
