Geez, I'm still the only one..eh? Wowza! Well today's session with Maya was a good one. So good in fact, she has now switched my goal from weight loss to just cardio. I did the physical challenge and input all my measurements and last known weight and she was all like, it's time for maintenance. It was great and definitely motivated me that entire hour. I took my measurements on the 10th last month. Lost two inches per each leg, three inches on my hips and one inch on my arms and waist...I was like OMGosh! Even though last month seemed crappy for me, it was actually a great one. So don't forget to take those measurements ladies.
I survive the DD's birthday cake. Actually I enjoyed the half slice of cake I had. No chance of me ever losing my sweet tooth. lol The scale is at 184 and TOM should be leaving soon.

Inthemidst~ I def. agree with you! I will never lose my sweet tooth or my love of baking! So now I just try to limit myself whenever I do have to bake. But yummms they are good!
It's going to be an off day for me. I work all day with my DSF on his farm. Lots of physical work! I really do enjoy it though! So might not have time for a jog tonight, but we'll see!
Good morning, chickies! Just a drive-by as I'm off to work in 5. I had unexpected company over the weekend, went wine tasting, and barbequed. Considering I overindulged and ate at a funky diner without much in the way of healthy choices, I did okay by maintaining. So I am down just a pound this month, but the month is still young. Wait! No it's not!! Hope everyone has a fabulous day.
Tummy - The funny thing is, my daughter was in an all day Pre-K program last year, so I am used to her being out of the house, plus I work and go to school. But this year, we moved to a new town, she's riding the bus for the first time... I don't know. Just made me a little sad. But on the upside, she was THRILLED to go in today

As fate would have it, she is my FAVORITE, infact that is one of my ringtones for when work calls me! HAHAHA When the phone rings, I really have to resist the urge to start spinning around! SusieMartin- you can do this! The sign outside the local gym says, "Results start when you do..." I have to drive by it everyday, and it haunts me, but keeps me moving even on days like today when I don't feel like moving at ALL! You still have time to make your goal for September, DO IT FOR SUSIE!

Good morning everyone. Just got to work and already wishing it was time to leave. I have a training session tonight and I hope that it kicks my butt. I went to kickboxing last night and I'm definatly feeling it today.
Whew! I am feeling charged after 40 mins on the elliptical and am scarfing down my scrambled eggs before dashing out the door. Had a POP day yesterday. The first one in a long time and I feel better for it!
