Well, I made it down to the gym this morning to weigh in, and I'm down another 2 lbs! Feels good, since the scale didn't budge for me last week. But the week before I hadn't been feeling well, so everything tasted yuk (a term I am borrowing from my 3yo LOL). Which meant I wasn't drinking water (cause it tasted yuk) and did a lot of snacking on different things (hoping to find *something* that tasted good)

But now that I'm feeling better and my taster is working again, I'm drinking my water and sticking with my planned meals and snacks, and not grazing in the kitchen.
Except yesterday. Ugh. I had to make a beandip to take to my FIL's party, and the kids wanted to stay, but hubby was planning to go straight to work. Anyway, I stayed at the party, and all the guys were inside watching the game, so no room for me inside...so I sat outside with the aunts- you know, where the food was. And I tried to stick with celery sticks, but the hot links and the fried rice were too tempting. I think I did ok, but it's hard to tell because a lot of it was just one chip here and another there- but over the course of about 4 hours.
