Knees are a bit sore today so I kept it light. Took the kiddo for a walk around the neighborhood, it's a hilly subdivision, so probably not the smartest idea to do so for 2 hours. But my knees don't hurt, so that's good.

Again, ya'll are too chatty for me to keep up! Especially when I'm busy at work

I'm just checking in before I leave for my coference tomorrow. They say we'll have access to a computer lab, but I'm not sure how often I'll be in there. I am excited to go now because I looked on their website yesterday, and I think I'll have access to their Fitness Center...so not only will I be able to do 30DS, but maybe get my cardio in YAY! To pass my time in the evenings when I'm by myself, I'll have excuse no to exercise!!!! haha I'll let ya know how that goes

I've been OP for the most part...went over a little yesterday because my co-worker wanted to try the new snack size McFlurry at McD's. It was really good, but made me go over my calories just a bit. Oh well, one day won't kill me! LoL

Hope you all have a good week...I'll check in when I can...LETS KICK BUTT THIS WEEK!!!

Hello all! Miss pris- My husband calls me fruitlady because I love fruit and I eat it all the time, more than the average person, about 10 to 15 servings a day!
Thanks to everyone for hoping my knees get better. I decided to cut down on the amount of time I stay out running and walking, just by 10 min. and they seem to be better today.

To all with knee problems- don't let it slow you down too much, They can get worse from not using them enough( stiff) I guess you can't win!

As for me, today is my fruit shopping day, I bought loads to last me the week. Of course I ate way to much of it today and went over my calorie limit. I had 1175 cal., pretty good for all I ate. Knowing me I'll gain weight from all the carbs and natural sugar! I am finally 107.8.

Amelia~LOL thats so dang funny! Were both Meanies to our mother n laws~It's fun though SOMETIMES & yes they can be a pain in our butts!

As for me~My yard sale day was a blast! I got my hubby 10 pair of levis 505 Redtab Jeans Honestly LIke new~For 17.50! I nearly fell over cause he is a 30 waist and wears 32 to 34 length & is hard to find jeans used for in good condition & these Honestly looked new No flaws at all!He was thrilled!So was I ~OMG She paid 40.00 a pair for them down here at the store that sales them she said & Her son was 22 that owned them & she said all he did was play video games in them LOL! So he never done them any damage~LOL LUCKY ME & MY HUBBY! I got a pair of shorts & pair of jeans & a Denim stretch belt for myself & a ps2 game for my boys~Never found anything that would interest my daughter so I told her next Time I go if she gets up early enough she can go with me to look for herself.~OH I didn't weigh in today because I left super earlier & When I got back I ate & drank my diet pop so Didn't weigh in Anyways My 6's & 7's I
can only wear with a belt now! I wear 3's & 4's ~they fit perfect! & I am on my "tom" So I am bloated some LOL! I AM SO DANG EXCITED THAT I COULD SCREAM! ~OMG & my belly still looks yucky~I gotta tone it up badly Hoping these crunches & Situps Work soon! Cause I need to lose the weight there Its the only place that bugs me everything else is fine to me. JUST GOTTA YELL IT ONE MORE TIME GIRLS!! Talking WANTED TO SHARE: A current pic of me in size 4's!

(I know I have showed size 4 pics before I think anyways~cause my avatar is size 4's So I hope this doesn't annoy anyone LOL!)
Anyways.....I was wearing a belt but they fit good ~I just Liked the belt with the jeans & top & shoes. ( OH & any brand sizes 3/4's fits great~So It official~Sorry to repeat just so dang excited about it!) WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!
I am so happy! The belly is starting to leave ~it just needs to shape up basically which will take more time & work which is ok.

If i can do this anyone can! from atight 20W(which is more or less a 22 I may have even fit in 24's At start weight aint sure cause I got to wearing stretchy top skirts until lost enough weight to fit back into the 20 W jeans!)ANYWAYS to a size 3/4! OMG seems unreal to me. I am crying tears of joy y'all!! THANKS FOR ALWAYS BEING HERE TO SUPPORT ME ~YOU ALL MAKE IT SO MUCH EASIER FOR ME! LOVE U ALL!

I just realized that 4 July is a Sun. I was weighing on Mon. for the Memorial Day challenge. I don't know if I'll weigh tomorrow (mon) or just wait until next Sun.

My other half is in HI this week (dropped him off to take the bus to the airport this afternnon), so I am hoping to get a few more workouts in since he won't be home. Our anniversary is at the end of this month, so I want to be in as good of shape as I can be by then.

I hope y'all have been enjoying your weekend. My was great right up to the part where hubby left (it's still good, just not as good as if he were here).

Wow, the kids are with my mom an its SO DARN QUIET at my house. Just not use to this....

So I weighed in this morning and im holding steady at 180, but last saturday i was 187 so i must have been holding onto a TON of water. I hope to be down at least a lb by next sunday...

Lori-wow. Your so TINY girl! Are you still going for 150? Looks like your your maintenance , so inspiring...seriously. I would LOVE to have your thighs!!!! I am determined to get to where you are...

Fruitlady-Oh I see, you love fruit! I like fruit too...i have to be careful because in my warped mind i think it qualifies as a 'free food' like leafy greens Right now im into strawberries..OH MY GOD, there so sweet this time of year...LOVE THEM! Im the only one that eats them in my house...so there all mine (inserts evil witch laugh)

Note to all:

DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF RIGHT AFTER A TUMMY BUG!

I so wish I'd never weighed myself and seen that low of 188.5 because I haven't seen it again.

I weighed this morning at 190.1 and if I had never seen that 188 before I would have been over the moon to see the 190. But now all I can think about is seeing that 188 again FOR REAL!

Got to go get the baby up and get us ready for church. Just wanted to say hey!

MissPriss- I am always amazed at how quiet the house is when my DS isnt home. Sometimes I love it and other times I am so bored I dont know what to do with myself!

Susie- dont get to discouraged, you will see 188 just be patient!!

The weather here this weekend has been horrilbe. Rainy and cold both days. But I have styed OP and gottne my elliptical in 2 times a day for 15 mins each. Im hoping this rain will clear up soon so we can get outside, my DS is getting a little house crazy!! LOL

I was hoping I could join in your challenge. I know I'm a week behind, but I'm new to the forum and have never done a challenge before. We are going to the beach for the 4th, so this would be extra motivation/accountability.
My Goals:
To be down to 185
To run/jog 6 days a week
To drink at least 64oz of water per day

Hello My Friend!!

The family has left for their return trip and it was a really good weekend. We had lots of fun but I think my eating was way off. We ate out twice yesterday and I had fried foods. I did 30DS and walked around Stone Mountain Park for a bit. It was hot and my MIL was unable to walk too much. Today was better. I will have to drink a tub full of water to flush out my system though. Time to get back on the grind. I was thinking about it this morning and realized I really don't like it when I can't check in because I feel like I'm missing out.

On a happy note my cousins were asking lots of questions about my weight loss and they did the 30DS level 1. I talked them into getting the dvd.

Susie - Don't get discouraged. Just stick with the plan and you will see less than 188.
Lori - You are giving me so much hope. So keep posting and telling us all about what's going on. It's inspiring and gives me a reason to keep going.
MissPriss and Fruitlady - After the holiday weekend I have been thinking about fruit. I love the summer because the juiciest fruit is in season.

time to get the house back in order!!

Jiggle ~We all have some off days that we just can't help ~Just stay on plan & forget those fried foods ever happened! It's so cool your cousins was asking about your weight loss~!!
When I went to Our community yardsales yesterday 99% of the people did not know who I was I had to tell them who I was ~they about fell over! Cause I was born & raised her More or less & have always been a big girl....Lived in Alabama for 1 year Near my grandpa ~my parents didn't like it so we moved back to our house.~Long story Anyways~SO EXCITING the yad sales day was!! I will try to keep posting with each new happenings for me~cause geesh the changes are happening quick all of a sudden.....May be because I get around more cause the weather is nice so I am burning more calories. Not sure but ~loving the changes....I felt a little revealed in that photo But I did add the full body view above too ~It was an outfit mainly Worn just to impress my hubby Plus I wanted to feel kinda sexy for him too! hehehehehe~ANYWAYS HUGS TO ALL OFF TO FACEBOOK!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I weighed in on my official weigh in at 288.5. Then I weighed unofficially this morning and its down a lot more! Haha. Somedays I wish I would change my weigh in days. Hahaha! Ah well, hopefully I can hold on to the loss all week and add to it for next weekend.
