
Here's how it works:
Set yourself one or more goals that you would like to reach in the next (almost) 6 weeks. Any goal that motivates you to stick with your eating and exercise plan is fine. It can be pounds lost, a new clothing size, fitness or performance goals, etc. This is going to be YOUR goal, so you get to decide what it is.
Post an intro here, saying what your goal is, plus any other info you want to share, then return to get and give support, report on your progress, or just to chat.

Good luck, everyone. You'll be the first to know when I see the scale go below 222!!! 

I was bad this last weekend, so now I'm back from where I started last Friday! I'm not going to count those two for this challenge though.
