It's been a good week for me. I exercised everyday, took my vitamins, and dropped 2.2 lbs.

I'm up 0.4 from Monday, but still down 0.6 from my original weigh-in. I don't know what happened this week. I ate right around 1400 calories every day and exercised over 10hrs this week. It just doesn't seem fair. Hopefully something will click into place this next week.

Well, a topsy turvy but overall good week for me. I did really well with exercise this week (thanks to you all and the exercise challenge!) and although my food choices were not ideal I definitely avoided some grave disasters. Something I want to work on for this coming week is drinking more water.

CruiseCat: lol, us social workers must lose alike...I'm also down 2.2. Congrats on having such a good week.

Mod- I understand where you are coming from, totally. This happens to me way too many times. This week I went up 3 pounds, with TOM, now I am going back down. Thank the LORD!!! We just need to keep it up. It works, eventually.

Keep going everyone. Week one is under our belts. We need to stay strong and motivated for week 2. I lost 3 pounds this week. Yippee!!

Hey everyone

Got on the scale this morning and am down 6.4. I honestly thought that my scale was broken but looked at my parents scale too and it said the same thing. Very good week.

Have a great day

Sometimes I feel/act like a social worker but you must be thinking about one of the other "cats" here on the boards.

Congrats to you too!!!

Wishing everyone success in reaching their goals this week?

OK.... Bring on our Challenge for week two.

Another mama-to-be? CONGRATULATIONS!!!
You know, they say it comes in threes so - WHO ELSE IS EXPECTING???

Stopped by my gym bright & early this morning after applying for a job & guess what?? I'm down to 235!!!!

Dropping my calories by more than 1/2 has really affected my body!!

I've also started a colon cleanse as of yesterday to try & keep my momentum!

Good Luck to all of you ladies during you weigh-ins today!!!

Hello everyone!

I did the Real Age test and I'm 27.7 years old (whereas I'm really 30), so I'm happy with that.

The weekend was a little crazy, so I haven't gotten a chance to read some of the posts, I'll try to later. Hope everyone is doing well!

Congrats to the mommy's-to-be! We had our second son in September, I'm finally getting the weight off from that pregnancy...only 3 lbs to go! Then I need to get the 35 lbs off that I gained during the first.

I will NOT be reporting a pregnancy! LOL As a matter of fact, I had to drop out of the lat BL challenge I was in because I got pregnant! I am actually having the surgery to have my tubes tied tomorrow. (So my first freebie week may be next week!)

With my luck, I'd break the danged thing or get busted by a store employee and forced to buy it.

I am having a pretty good couple of days. Busy and not able to check in as much as I would like. But even if I don't get a chance to post, I do try to pop around. It is nice to see all the losses. And congrats to Clewless on your pregnancy.

Sadly, I had to take a freebie because I still don't have a danged scale. I am growing increasingly frustrated with this situation. No extra funds, right now. Grrr!

At least I am eating well and exercising. So, when I do get one, I should see a good result.

I hope everyone is having a good, on track day. I'll check in later.

All in all things here are good. I'm not feeling that well so I will be going straight home to bed. I still plan on exercising tonight though. Hope everyone else had a wonderful day. Talk to you gals later.

Good Morning Team!

I didn't get a chance to log in before I left for work, but wow! Looks like a lot of you are posting some great losses! I will start putting them into my spreadsheet in a little bit.

I myself am only down the 1 pound, but it was to be expected. I did well exercising Mon-Fri but skipped the weekend and ate a little off plan. Not bad enough for a gain, but I can't lose weight if I am not strict on myself. Lesson for week #2!

Everyone who did the exercise challenge, be sure to post your totals so I can also do the math on that one

And of course here is today's question:

What did you do successfully this week in terms of weight loss? What didn't go so well?

Hi Red Team,
It's snowing here again, probibly about 3 inches of fluffy snow already today, on top of 7 inches from Friday, with some more coming and more again on Wednesday. We are supposed to have some pretty high winds this afternoon and tonight so it will drift. I went out and walked around in it for a few minutes, it was fun but I can't stand the cold for very long. I did WATP today for 30 minutes and will probibly do it again this afternoon. I'm trying to get 30 to 60 minutes a day in this week.

Clewles: Congrats on the pregnancy!

QOTD: Successful-bumped up to 2 mile WATP
Unsuccessful: MIL B-day (90) ate cake and salty foods, lots of water gain on Saturday, but down some today, did have 1lb loss.

Everyone have a great week and keep moving
